Rebecca provided absolutely excellent service and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole situation. She went above and beyond by waiting for us after hours, even though she didn’t have to. If Rebecca hadn’t waited for us, we would have been completely stranded after our flight was diverted. She was extremely understanding, patient, and accommodating, and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Her willingness to help us at such short notice really meant a lot. We truly appreciate the effort she made and the excellent customer service she provided. Rebecca is a credit to the company, and we would definitely recommend yes rentals to anyone.

TIAN is an incredibly responsible and patient person. We had a 40-minute phone call, and he explained everything thoroughly, from the car pick-up process to returning the car. I also had quite a few “silly” questions, but he was always patient and took the time to answer all of them and clear up my doubts. We had a great experience with Yes Rentals! Lily picked us up from the airport as soon as we called (used the free black phone at the Queenstown airport). I accidentally booked for Auckland instead of Queenstown and called the Queenstown office the day before and they swapped it right away which was extremely easy and efficient. I choice a hybrid car since NZ fuel is so dear and we did a lot of driving. We dropped off our rental and the shuttle arrived to take us back. Our friends recommended Yes rentals and I’ll definitely be using them again! Thanks!
